JSV Group

Our history

We carry the innovation in genes

Antonio Herzog founded JSV in 1994 to unleash his ideas for optimizing freight transport. Although he didn’t come from the industry, he was immediately hooked. He completed major projects related to rail and transport to the Canary Islands. Through his active listening skills, he began developing containers to meet customer demands. He designed, for example, a double-decker container for stacking non-remountable goods and others for steel products. No one had done it before. Since then, he has continuously created new models, and that’s why we have the widest variety on the market: more than 50 types of containers. From him comes the maxim “if it doesn’t exist, we’ll invent it.”

The success of his innovations encouraged him to found this company, JSV, named after his sons. He was creating something different, pioneering, not just in containers. His way of listening and learning from customers, acting with honesty and closeness, were the founding values of JSV that remain unchanged today. Everything else has evolved, because he, too, has taught us that, in logistics and transportation, you have to be agile, adapt quickly to changes, and constantly renew yourself.

Thanks to Antonio Herzog, we carry innovation in our genes and a passion for logistics as our banner. With his daughter, Sonia Herzog, as CEO of the group, we all strive to honor his legacy, which continues to grow because he remains committed to innovation and the development of the railway and the dry port of Miranda de Ebro.

Thank you, Antonio.
