Service Quality Control Department
To ensure customer satisfaction, we have a Service Quality Control Department that internally oversees each phase of the logistics chain.
From planning to final delivery, we evaluate our performance to optimize time, minimize incidents, and ensure transportation reliability. In the event of any incident, we immediately analyze the incident and implement corrective and improvement actions.
