The Website offers a private area accessible to APEP Members. Once logged in, Members will be able to complete their personal information. Registering as a user allows access to content and services exclusively for APEP Members.
The legal basis for data processing is the contractual relationship established as a registered user in the private area of the Website. The data provided will be retained as long as you remain a Member.

4.- Purpose for the processing of your personal data

JSV will process the data provided by the user for the following purposes:

  • Manage and respond to contact requests made by the user, either through the forms provided for this purpose on the Website, corporate email addresses, or other contact methods indicated.
  • Send commercial and/or promotional information related to the contracted services sector and added value for end users, through electronic and/or conventional means, unless otherwise indicated or the user objects or revokes their consent.
  • In the event that the user sends their CV, their data will be processed to assess and manage their job application and, where appropriate, carry out the necessary actions for the selection and hiring of personnel, in order to offer them positions that fit their profile, both at JSV and at the rest of the companies linked to the JSV Move to green brand.
  • Produce anonymous statistical reports regarding user access habits, preferences, and behavior on the Website.
  • Comply with legally established obligations, as well as verify compliance with contractual obligations, including fraud prevention.

5.- Legitimation for the processing of your personal data.

JSV processes user data based on the following legal bases:

  • Manage and respond to contact requests made by the user : the data processing derived from this purpose is the consent that the user may withdraw at any time. If the user withdraws consent, the query or question raised cannot be processed.
  • Participation in selection processes : If the user submits their CV or applies for various offers, if the application is spontaneous, their data will be processed based on consent.
  • To produce anonymous statistical reports regarding user access habits, preferences, and behavior on the Website : all processing derived from this purpose will be based on the legitimate interest recognized by the data controller under data protection regulations. This legitimate interest is based on being able to offer users JSV services with the highest quality and best possible experience.

6.- Time during which the data will be processed.

The user’s personal data will be retained by JSV for the following periods:

  • Manage and respond to contact requests made by the user : the data will be retained for the period necessary to process and respond to your request and, once completed, will be kept blocked for the limitation period for any legal actions arising from said request.
  • Processing of job application data . If the user submits their CV, it will be processed for a period of one year. If the job applicant is hired, the data will be incorporated into the data processed for the execution of the employment relationship and will be governed by the terms of the employment contract with JSV.
  • Produce anonymous statistical reports regarding the access habits, preferences and behavior of users on the Website : the information will be used in an aggregated form to prepare reports, statistics and analyses, for the period necessary to process and prepare the aforementioned reports, statistics and/or analyses, and, once completed, will keep them blocked, during the period of prescription of the legal actions derived from the aforementioned request.
  • Comply with legally established obligations : the data provided to comply with the obligations arising from the services offered by JSV will be retained for the legally established periods.

The Website offers a private area accessible to JSV customers who have requested access to the Sales Department. Once logged in (email and password), customers will be able to access all data related to their shipments. Customer registration can only be done through the Sales Department, and the purpose of this area is to access exclusive customer information.

The legal basis for data processing is the contractual relationship between the client and JSV. The data provided will be retained for the duration of the contractual relationship.
