Miranda Container Terminal
(TCM)
- Miranda de Ebro
One of our main logistics centers, in a strategic location in the north of the peninsula.
- 175,000 m2 already operational. Another 115,000 m2 for multiple purposes.
- Railway terminal (80,000 m2), with two branches and a third in the pipeline.
- Container depot and logistics operations area.
- Specific warehouses, including palletized merchandise, of 5,400 m2.
- 1,500m2 warehouse for steel products.
- Offices for our northern delegation.
Terminal and logistics center in the Mediterranean

- Large logistics center in the ZAL area, with more than 50,000 m2
- Two dry goods warehouses of over 3,500 m2 with capacity for over 1,100 pallets
- Two storage chambers for refrigerated and frozen goods with the latest technology and security. 800 m2 and capacity for more than 360 pallets.
- Alicante Port Hub Terminal: more than 70,000 square meters of our own terminal, with a maintenance warehouse and facilities equipped for all port terminal operations.

Our facilities have been designed to optimize space and logistics operations. We are located in the free trade zone with excellent connections and key access to the port and the region’s distribution networks.

Pioneering infrastructure in the Canary Islands
Santa Cruz de Tenerife and Las Palmas de Gran Canaria are our strategic bases for logistics in the Canary Islands.
With great effort and investment, we have the most advanced facilities on the islands, which allow us to offer agile, efficient, and guaranteed connectivity throughout the entire supply chain, including temperature-controlled goods.
- Santa Cruz de Tenerife
- Exceptional location in the fishing basin with excellent communications and depot areas.
- Dry goods facilities measuring over 1,200 m2 and with capacity for more than 800 pallets.
- Two refrigerated goods storage chambers measuring 460 m2 and with capacity for more than 350 pallets.
- Three frozen goods storage rooms measuring 400 m2 and with capacity for more than 300 pallets.
Las Palmas de Gran Canaria
- We are located within the Gesport port terminal, of which we are partners, which streamlines all operations.
- Dry goods facilities measuring 600 m2 and with capacity for more than 400 pallets.
- Chambers for temperature-controlled merchandise (refrigerated and frozen): 250 m2 and capacity for more than 1,600 pallets
- Land owned for the construction of new warehouses in the city's most important industrial area (El Goro).
