Railway
Goods to the train> Move to green
No one doubts that the train is the answer and the challenge not only for the future but also for the present. It's the most environmentally friendly mode of transportation and still has much to offer.

We have always bet on the train:
- That's why we invested in creating our own northern railway terminal (TCM), which has two branches and direct connections to the ports of Barcelona and Alicante (where we have our own port terminal).
- That's why we offer ad hoc rail connections to our customers and more rail corridors between dry ports and port terminals.

Why the train ?

Sustainability
It allows large volumes of cargo to be transported in the most sustainable way (with the lowest energy consumption per ton per kilometer).

Efficiency
It’s not the fastest means of transport, but for certain goods and routes, it’s a perfect solution.

Security
It is one of the safest modes of transportation, and the accident rate on this route continues to decline.

Less impact
It reduces traffic congestion and prevents the deterioration of other infrastructure, such as roads and communication routes.

More services
The growing demand for this type of transport means we have more and more competitive services.

European objective
Freight must be loaded onto trains to meet the EU’s target of increasing rail’s share of transport.
